Hengest Farm

Our client had a number of redundant farm buildings that he wished to remove in favour of a courtyard style development of 7 farmhouse style dwellings. The planners have been quite particular in what they want to achieve and guided us in consultation with their Conservation Officer.

Having been awarded planning consent in December 2016 for 7 dwellings in the Green Belt, The Hunt Group facilitated the sale of the site to Heronsbrook Homes in December 2017. 

Heronsbrook Homes have now completed the construction of some quite outstanding homes and they are now all sold.
