Bramley – Phase 2

This five house scheme was approved at Committee in February 2017.

The difficulty in winning consent centred around the fact that this site was in the Greenbelt. However, by working with the Parish Council and local representatives, the Hunt Group managed to gain approval from the Committee, who voted against the Officer’s recommendation.

The site was sold to Concept 2 Homes in 2018 and they have now completed a most attractive product and sold all units.
