Boundary Farm – Banstead

This opportunity came as a spin-off from two other developments that we had secured planning for in the same road.

Originally a roofers yard, this site was at odds with its surroundings being a commercial area in the middle of residential dwellings.

Our pre-app with Reigate & Banstead BC indicated that they would favour 2 dwellings but they had to be bungalows. So we managed to design 2 x 3 / 4 bed bungalows that were well sited within the plot and allowing plenty of parking area.

This site did not take long to sell and Encore Estates Ltd are currently on site at the start of construction.
