Broad Oak – Rye – East Sussex

We have been approached by a land owner near Rye in East Sussex, who found that his garden was now too large to cope with. We explored some possibilities with him which resulted in him instructing us to seek a consent for a housing development which would maximise the value of the land.

We have designed a scheme, after some lengthy discussions with the Rother planning department, that encompasses the dwelling mix that the Local Authority are seeking together with the required affordable element.

All together 20 dwellings are proposed – 5 x 4 bed, 11 x 3 bed and 4 x 2 bed.
