Holt Pound Farm – Farnham

We were approached by a landowner who had a collection of barns that he used for storage of miscellaneous items. The time had come for him to explore what could be done to make him some money. The obvious answer was to obtain planning consent to convert to residential dwellings.

We drew up a scheme that would provide 4 units making the most of the courtyard setting and maximising the living space afforded by the barns.

Planning was granted in 2018 and the development was successfully sold and is now being converted.
