Leatherhead

We have been approached by a client who has some land in Leatherhead and is keen for us to explore the potential of development.

This site is a rather longer-term proposal since it lies in Green Belt land. However, Mole Valley District Council are conducting a Green Belt Review and consequently we have consulted with the Planning Department who have suggested that we submit a 12 house scheme into the Review.

We await the outcome.
