The Hunt Group have recorded another first class result by gaining planning consent against the Officer’s recommendation.
The site sits outside the Settlement Boundary and is classed as Greenbelt and is designated AONB and AGLV.
The application was submitted in 2013 and in 2015 the committee at Waverley voted unanimously in favour of the development comprising 24 dwellings, 13 of which will be designated as affordable.
This follows several months of detailed preparation and two consultations with the people of Bramley and the Parish Council.
Martin Grant Homes bought the site in 2016 and have built the homes – now known as Halsey Meadows – that have blended well into the Bramley Village scene.
