This project is one of our larger undertakings and we are now tied with the landowner and Bovis who have taken the lead in promoting the site through the Croydon Local Plan and the London Plan.

Recently Bovis were one of five invited Developers to discuss the overall spatial development strategy to include Croydon and will be submitting further representation during the year to underline their case in assisting in the solution to the significant housing need being experienced by Croydon at present. The site has the capacity to deliver up to 450 new houses.
