The Hunt group are working with this landowner to transform a former storage/engineering yard into a new gated community of five luxury houses. Turners Hill is a desirable area with good transport links and proximity to Gatwick.

The dwelling mix will be a pair of 3 bedroom semis, 2 x  four bedroom and 1 x 5 bed detached houses with garages.

Planning will be submitted in the Spring.
