Nick Jordan

Heads up the contracts side of the Group. His technical expertise and abilities in this area are legendary. He has been with Paul since 2004.
Away from the office, Nick is a keen fisherman

Ricky Gamble

Architecture. Ricky has been with Paul since the very beginning and has been the designer for all the developments that the Group have been responsible for. His sound knowledge of the development principles are key to the Group’s continued success. An accomplished guitarist, Ricky relaxes by playing and composing

Robert Burbidge

Robert heads up the Land Assembly division of the Group and has been with the Company since 2009. Previously a developer in his own right, he has a keen understanding of new development and its fit with local communities.

At weekends Robert plays cricket for a local club

Paul Hunt

Paul Hunt founded the company in 1983. As Managing Director of each of the Group’s companies Paul works hard to steer the Group into profit and maintain the very high standards that he sets for the companies.
When not at work Paul enjoys spending time with his family and indulging in his passion for classic cars.

Andrew McNaughton

Andrew has been a Planning Consultant for more than 10 years. He is a PGDip in Property Development and Planning Law having gained his BSc in Economics and Geography.
Andrew is the guiding light when it comes down to policy interpretation and speaks regularly at Appeal hearings.
To relax he enjoys cycling and rowing.

Richard Bates

Richard joined The Hunt Group in the summer of 2015. He comes from the corporate world  of surveying & facilities management and has known Paul for nearly ten years.

As the Business Development Consultant his task is to oversee all aspects of the business and endeavour to improve & move the company forward as well as bringing in new clients.

In his spare time Richard likes to socialise, play golf and has a season ticket to his local football club.

Robert Slape

Robert Slape previously spent several years working in estate agency before moving into building and then subsequently moving back into agency as a land agent and partner in Fowlers Land and New Homes. Since leaving Fowlers in 2014, Robert has set up Sphere Land and Development, where he specialises in finding  bespoke development sites for a select number of developers; working closely with them to acquire land opportunities that meet their individual requirements. When not working, you’ll often find him swimming cycling or running as part of his triathlon training.

Vicky Lock

Vicky is P.A. to Paul Hunt and Richard Bates. Her organisational skills are well suited to all four divisions of the Hunt Group and she has blended seamlessly into the team.

A keen baker at home, we are just waiting to see her on one of the numerous baking shows on TV.

Jo Petty

Jo joined us last year and has blended into the company so well that we don’t really know how we got along without her. You will usually find her on the end of a phone talking to customers. Her administrative background has been a welcome addition to the office.

Jo is married with a young son and is a keep fit fanatic. She is a brilliant cook although her office lunches usually consist of a carrot and some raw peppers. Shopping is also high on her list of pastimes – almost to the exclusion of all others.

Gary Moore

After 17 years with the company, Gary has been promoted to Landscapes Contract Manger. He now leads the landscaping team and is a key element in delivering the quality service that our clients have come to expect.

Gary follows Aston Villa football club and is a Blue Belt in Brazilian Ju Jitsu, although these are not linked.

A family man with 4 children that keep him busy at home.
